IL&FS launches Communication - Personality Development Training Programme for NIRD Students

The programme was launched on 7th Oct 2011 at the NIRD in Hyderabad for students pursing Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management.
The programme has been designed to ensure that the students continue to gain the knowledge and confidence in their individual and team communication abilities to succeed in future leadership roles.
The training programme currently in its first phase comprises of 23 students. The total duration of the training programme is 96 hours.
