AT IETS, learning & development is a continuous process as we believe that
well-trained & motivated Human Resources are an asset for organizational
development.
Starting from the induction and orientation programme for the new joinees, learning and development is constantly encouraged at all levels across the departments of the organisation.
The Training Need Analysis (TNA) is done scientifically based on a structured Performance Appraisal Process for all employees. After a thorough functional and behavioural assessment by the Department / Functional Heads and assessing the gaps in competencies required to achieve the set goals, the gaps / training needs are analyzed. Based on such analysis the annual calendar of training programmes is drawn covering: -
1. Development needs thought necessary by the management
2. Development needs as assessed by the Assessor
3. Development needs as felt necessary by the Assesses
Lot of attention is given to ensure that the training plan is implemented properly to build the competencies of all employees.
Besides technical and soft skill development programmes, workshops are organized
on topics like “Role Clarity”, “Performance Management”, “Stress Management”
etc to satisfy the learning needs of all employees to keep them motivated
ensuring Higher Levels of Performance. |
